Preparation of chopped fried beef
Put the beef it into small sized pieces and wash it well under running water.
Pressure cook the pieces along with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, onion, chopped ginger, garlic paste, fennel powder and green chilli.
Chop beef after draining water or drying. In a pan, pour 2 tbsp coconut oil and add chopped shallots, green chilli, pinch of chopped ginger and curry leaves, saute till it turns light brown.
Add the cooked beef to the pan and mix it well. Add a pinch of Kitchen Treasures Black Pepper powder.Cover the lid and keep it in medium flame for 20 minutes. You can saute it in between.
Make half cooked chapati. Dip the chapathi in the egg mixture.
Cook the chapathi dipped in egg mixture on a tawa. When one side is cooked, flip it over to and allow the egg to cook.
Add the chopped beef seasoned with black pepper powder on the chapathi and cook well.
Gently wrap up the chapathi into a roll, cut it and serve hot with tomato sauce
