Ingredients

  • 1 kg – Beef
  • 3 – Onion
  • 3 – Green Chilly
  • Salt
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 cup – Water
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 11/2 tbsp – Ginger
  • 11/2 tbsp – Garlic
  • ½ tspn – Kitchen Treasures Pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp – Kitchen Treasures Beef Masala
  • 1 tsp – Ani seeds powder (Perinjeerakam )
  • 3 tsp – Vinegar

Preparation

Step1

Heat oil in a pan. Add finely sliced onion, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Saute until it becomes light brown.

 

Step2 

Grind together ginger, garlic, pepper powder, chilli powder,Beef Masala , ani seeds powder, vinegar.

 

Step3

Add this mixture and fry well. Add water and add enough salt into the gravy. Mix well.

 

Step4

Then add beef and mix it again. Cook it until beef is done.

 

Step5

Add coriander leaves and boil till gravy has thick consistency as you desire. Serve it with boiled rice, neychoru/ghee rice, appam, parotta, puttu or chappathi.
