Boil the potatoes till they are soft.
Mash the potatoe and add all the spices and powders.
Add the corn flour and mix well.
Make medium size patties and shallow fry them until they are crispy.
Garnish it with Chana, mint –coriander chutney, onions, chaat masala and sev. Also add some yogurt if you want.
